These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") shall govern the relationship between ReStaffy OÜ ("ReStaffy," "Platform," "Site," and the "Services" offered through www.restaffy.com) and the Platform User (hereinafter referred to as the "User") with regards to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to the creation of an account, posting of a company description, service, or project, responding to publications of other Platform Users, and activation of paid promotional features.

ReStaffy and the User are considered the Parties of this Agreement. By using the ReStaffy Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ReStaffy reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with the updated version published on the Site at restaffy.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of the ReStaffy Platform following the posting of any changes shall be deemed an acceptance of those changes by the User.

ReStaffy is providing services to companies (legal entities). By using the Platform the User represents and warrants that they are authorized to act on behalf of a legal entity, and that they are accessing the Platform on behalf of such legal entity.
